Thank you for taking time to view our donation page.  Gifts of any size can have a profound impact on clients, their families and our next generation of Clinical Psychologists.

Select a level and see what your gift could support:

$10 - Books, games, fidget/sensory items for use during assessments and treatment sessions.

$25 - Books or resources for graduate student training, social skills groups and other clinic research.

$50-$80 - Gas and general maintenance for the MAC  

$100 - One hour of child/family treatment or consultation in a professional setting, provided by a graduate student clinician.

$250 - Ongoing training for graduate students on conducting diagnostic assessments, including one expert video review of a recorded diagnostic assessment conducted by a graduate student clinician.

$500 - In-depth training for a graduate student to learn how to conduct the "gold standard' of autism diagnostic assessments, the ADOS.

$800 - One comprehensive diagnostic assessment for a child suspected of having autism, conducted by a graduate student clinician and supervised by Dr. Angela Scarpa.  This donation ensures a family will only need to pay minimal fees for a potential diagnosis which will allow them access lifelong services for their child.

$1000 - Travel and stipend for a keynote speaker for our biennial spring autism conference, open to the public.

$1500 - Support an educational outreach event on the MAC (two nights away at a conference or training event, tours of the MAC and associated presentations).

$5000 - Individual or industry sponsorship of the Mobile Autism Clinic for one year.  We will affix your logo on the MAC during the sponsorship timeframe.

How to Donate

Contributions may be made to the VT Center for Autism Research or the VT Mobile Autism Clinic and mailed to the address below.  (VTCAR, MAC)

For checks, make the check out to the Virginia Tech Foundation and in the memo line, write Autism Clinic Fund (873599)  to support autism research, clinical services and mobile services in rural communities.
